I generally process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website as well as my content and services. Personal data is regularly processed only after obtaining the consent of the data subject, or where processing is permitted by law.

3. Hosting (Cloudflare Pages)

Cloudflare acts as a processor for the technical operation of this website. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the reliable and secure operation of the website).

When this website is accessed, Cloudflare automatically collects technical connection data (server log files):

  • IP address of the requesting device (anonymized)
  • Date and time of access
  • URL accessed
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL

This data is not merged with other data sources. Transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 (2)(c) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

4. Fonts

This website uses system fonts that are already present on your device or in your browser. No external fonts from Google Fonts or comparable third-party providers are loaded.

5. Contact Form and Getting in Touch

If you contact me via the contact form, by email, or by telephone, I process the data you provide in order to handle your inquiry.

Data processed may include: name, company name, email address, phone number, URL of an existing website, budget indication, requested service, message text.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling inquiries).

Data from the contact form alone is used exclusively to process your inquiry and is not passed on to third parties. It is deleted once the inquiry has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Booking consultations through Cal.com

Cal.com is embedded to book a consultation. After you submit the booking form on this website, Cal.com displays available times and processes booking data to arrange the appointment. This may include your name, email address, optional phone number, booking time and details of the online meeting.

The details entered in the pre-booking form are first sent to my CRM to create the lead. After the booking, Cal.com sends the appointment details to my CRM through a secured webhook. Cal.com may also synchronize the booking with the connected calendar and video-conferencing service.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures and appointment scheduling) and, where required, Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR (consent).

7. Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API

This website may use Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland, to measure the effectiveness of advertisements and to better attribute contact inquiries.

In doing so, technical information such as the URL accessed, the time of the event, browser identifier, click identifier, browser information, device information, as well as interactions such as page views, contact clicks, and submitted contact forms may be transmitted to Meta. Information from contact forms such as email address, phone number, first name, or last name is hashed according to Meta's specifications before transmission.

Meta may link this information to your Facebook or Instagram account if you are logged into Meta or if Meta can recognize you. Processing may also involve a transfer to the USA. Meta states that it is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR (consent), insofar as consent is required. Insofar as technically necessary processing operations are concerned, Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in measuring and optimizing advertising measures) may apply.

8. Cookies and Local Storage

No proprietary marketing cookie settings are stored in local storage for technical operation. However, through the use of Meta Pixel, cookies or comparable technologies from Meta may be set or read, in particular to recognize browsers and attribute advertising clicks.
